Exact depth varies by POS, and our integrations pages spell out each pairing. The difference is flexibility: a bundled storefront ties you to that POS, while Carrot keeps working if you ever switch.

Do you charge for onboarding? How long does onboarding take?+

Carrot has no onboarding fees, and if your point of sale is up and running we can get you live within days of signing your contract.

What level of customer support do you offer?+

We're always available for ongoing support and training. We'll work with you to make sure you're fully prepared for going live, and that the platform keeps performing well for you after that.

Can you switch over the ecommerce on my existing site?+

If you're using an existing embed method with any ecommerce provider, Carrot is a simple drop-in replacement. If you're using Dutchie+ or a similar solution with a custom frontend, we can help migrate your website to Carrot.

Do I need to pay extra to use rewards?+

There's no extra charge to use rewards with Carrot ecommerce. The full platform cost is covered by the order fees.
